For businesses
Your business runs on software. It’s just spread across eleven spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.
Neevo builds custom systems that do the specific thing your business does — quotes, job cards, bookings, stock, approvals, client portals, reporting — shaped around your process instead of forcing your process into someone else’s software.
Before
You know this is a problem because you've built workarounds for it
Someone has to remember to send the spreadsheet.
Two people have made changes to two different copies of it.
The information you need for a decision exists — in three places, in three formats, none of which agree.
Onboarding a new person means teaching them a process that only lives in someone's head.
Your best operator is the bottleneck, because they're the only one who knows the exceptions.
You've looked at off-the-shelf software. It does 60% of what you need and forces you to change how you work for the other 40%.
And it works. It works well enough that fixing it never makes it to the top of the list.
After
What it looks like instead
One place. One version. Everyone's looking at the same thing.
The person who needs to do the next step gets told automatically, without anyone remembering to tell them.
The report you currently build by hand every month builds itself.
A new employee learns the process by using it, because the process is in the system.
Your best operator's knowledge lives in the software, not just in their head.
It does 100% of what you need, because it was built for what you need.
And when what you need changes — because it will — we change it.
What we build
Some of what that means in practice
Not a menu — a sense of range. If yours isn't here, it's still probably a yes.
Quoting and invoicing
Build a quote in minutes, turn it into an invoice with one action, and know what's outstanding without opening a spreadsheet.
Job cards and scheduling
Who's doing what, where, and what happened when they got there.
Bookings and appointments
Customers book themselves. You stop playing phone tag.
Stock and assets
What you have, where it is, and what needs reordering before you run out.
Approvals and workflow
Requests route to the right person automatically and stop disappearing into inboxes.
Client portals
Your customers log in and see their own information instead of emailing you for it.
Reporting dashboards
The numbers you check every week, on one screen, current.
Internal tools
The one specific ugly thing your business does that no product on the market handles.
Integrations
Making the systems you already pay for talk to each other instead of you being the integration.
No scope too big or small
Genuinely, no job too small
Too small?
If a simple tool solves it, we'll build that and charge accordingly. We'd rather build you the small right thing now and the bigger thing in two years than talk you into a system you don't need yet. Sometimes the honest answer is “that's a R2,000 automation, not a project” — and we'll tell you that.
Too big?
Multi-user, multi-site, role-based permissions, integrations with what you already run, and enough structure to keep working when your headcount doubles. Built in phases so you're using part of it long before all of it is finished.
The Efficiency Audit
Start with an Efficiency Audit
Before you spend anything on software, spend a little on finding out whether you need it.
We map the process.
The actual one — including the workarounds, the exceptions, and the bit where someone re-types something into a second system.
We work out what it's costing.
In hours, in errors, and in the things that don't happen because everyone's busy doing admin.
We tell you what to fix first.
Ranked by what saves you the most for the least effort. Usually it's not the thing people expect.
We give you a fixed quote for the top item.
Plus an honest note on anything better solved by an off-the-shelf tool you can buy tomorrow for R200 a month — because sometimes that's the right answer, and you should hear it from us.
Ongoing care
And then we keep it running
Software you own still needs somewhere to live, someone patching it, and someone answering when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday.
Our monthly Care Plan covers hosting on South African infrastructure, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and a direct support channel — plus a set allowance of small changes each month, because there are always small changes.
It's optional. You can host and maintain it yourself, and we'll hand over everything you need to. Most people would rather not.
